Epic Reputation at level three?

Well this is self explanatory, I had the option to take epic reputation feat at level three while on a sorcerer character. Really rather odd and I didn't take it, but there you go

It affects NPCs, everyone knows your name basically. It also gives you higher skillpoints. Should be a higher level, though. I'll fix it.
