DM Tools in Inventory

On my original login the status box told me I lost a bunch of DM tools from my inventory, which is fine.
Later on I crashed (which is normal for me), and upon logging in once more I found the tools in my inventory and this time they stayed.
I tried relogging, and then all the tools were removed again this time, with the exception to a growing number of releveling tools of which I now carry four.
