Mana bug?
So I noticed that my Druid uses -1 mana on every spell it casts.
And right after casting I see +2 mana adding right after losing -1.
This way my Druid has a infinity of call lightning.
Also noticed that my blood caster uses mana as well as losing hit points.
The same as with the Druid the blood caster uses -1 and gains +2.

You'll always see it give you back the maximum amount of mana. In my experience, however, it doesn't add the full +X it'll just bring it to your max mana. At lower levels, it does allow a lot of casting.

Considering that according to the formula posted, an average druid's mana cost for a level 3 spell (starting with 16 Wisdom, taking only Wisdom and Great Wisdom I on level 18) can't go above 3 (rounded down, which it seems to be) without metamagic, it's not very surprising that a low level Wisdom caster's spells only costs 1. High level spells can go over 10-15 mana at that level 15 though (with the Wisdom bonus), it takes quite a while to regenerate that with the current non-Sorcerer 2 mana/round. Testing confirms the same: Call Lightning costs 3 mana with a level 20 Druid, 22 Wisdom.
If low mana costs are a problem, I'd suggest rounding the final mana cost up rather than down. Those +1s can add up quickly...

We are aware that mana is completely fudged up right now. We are in the midst of fixing it.
