Missing Weapons Empty Missing Weapons

Flintlock, bagh nack, ankus, surgeon tool, maug double sword, nunchaku, sai, sap and war fan aren't available to any of the starter shops.

As well heavier armors(anything above banded mail).

For the heavier armors I'm sure that's because of the lore, you won't find someone selling a full plate in every corner.

Yeah. Plate is crafted/drops only, you won't be able to buy it from NPCs.
