Piercings Fade after Relogging

All the piercing accessories disappear when a character relogs.
A few things I've noticed that are odd:
- The piercings don't get removed so much as just disappear. When I open the accessory list they're there, and all it takes is a basic tweak of +1 and then -1 to get them to appear and be set where they were already.
- All the piercings can also be restored by simply loading your saved body appearance.
I tried this on two separate characters with the same results.

Also tried it with a cigarette right now. That disappeared too. Seems it isn't limited to piercings.

Have you tried saving the body appearance after adding the piercings?

Its not new, if that helps, been happening (with my hat) for weeks. Sometimes a shapeshift or death brings it back for 1 second and then gone again. It can come back for good if I nudge it like she says.

Yes I tried saving to no avail.
However when I logged in to test Hold Person today I had all my piercings. Thinking it might have been fixed I decided to relog to make sure... and sadly they were gone again.
