Revision - Forum - Bug With Suggestions/Bugs Resolution Notification Suggestion

I suggest we find a way to change the "lock" picture of the addressed and removed subforums, because suggestions placed within them, even those suggested recently, do not change the icon to "new topics within". Is there a way that this can be accomplished, so that visitors to the forum can notice suggestions that have been immediately put into action after posting, and see what kind of changes have been made to the server in their absence?
