Skill point saving

It might be useful to exempt levels 1->2 and 2->3 from the delevel script, since you can't spend any of your skill points on level 1, meaning whatever skill points you earn there, will have to be spent on the class you take at level 2, which can be a problem if level 2 is a different class than 1. It would give more freedom with classes if the "can't save more than 4 skill points" rule didn't apply until the actual final starter build at 3. (You may not be able to take the same class at level 2 because of the feat at level 3.)
