Broken Transitions Empty Broken Transitions

I hope this is the right place for this. I found a few buggy or missing transitions. The Northern transition from 'Morrowborn Wilderness (North of Morrow Road)', and the Eastern transition from 'The Grove of Silence'.

Noted, and working on this. Seems like the fixes I did 6 months ago to those got rerolled, including alot of other things. Sad panda Sad
