Armor stats not staying permenant...

The stats from the armor's I wear are not staying once I log off. I have to take off all of it and then put it back on for the special qualities to come back. Also tower shield does not seem to give any special armor qualities?

It reapplies every time you die or enter the module. Check again, it could simply be applying silently. In other case, i think i know how I'll fix it.
