A trashcan in the OOC lounge -likely- couldn't be used as an exploit, and it would certainly be an ideal place for someone to park for any amount of the time required to get their inventory looking nice and organized again.

I've added a trashcan to the OOC area. I've also put in an OOC arena, please test it though. Not sure if it works.

The scripts for the arena will be used later in actual arenas.
